Drawing from his own recovery journey and years of mentoring individuals in sober living, David has helped build communities where structure, accountability, and meaningful relationships encourage lasting personal growth and independence.

Matthew McCrystal

Director of Operations

Matthew McCrystal serves as Director of Operations at Bridges Sober Living, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization's sober living communities. After beginning his own recovery journey as a resident in 2019, he progressed to House Manager before stepping into his current leadership role. Drawing from both lived experience and operational expertise, Matthew works closely with staff to maintain safe, supportive, and well-managed homes. He is committed to fostering accountability, consistency, and a strong recovery community where residents can build confidence and lasting independence.

Wiley Schott

Director of Admissions & Business Development

Wiley Schott serves as Director of Admissions & Business Development for Bridges Sober Living, leading the admissions process while building relationships with treatment providers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. He is passionate about helping individuals and families find the right recovery housing and making the transition into sober living as supportive and straightforward as possible. Guided by integrity, compassion, and collaboration, Wiley is dedicated to expanding access to quality sober living communities and strengthening the partnerships that support long-term recovery.
